We use Australia Post to ship your golf equipment to your door. Delivery takes between 1 and 6 working days depending on where you live. Moroptic Golf will endeavor to send out all orders as soon as payment is received.

Receiving your order:

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an automated email contain the details of your purchase. You will be informed of the progress of your order by email. You can also log into the site and check the status of your order.

If you are not home when the postman calls your item will be left at your local post office.The postman doesn't always leave a card to tell you of this.

Regular Mail:

Regular mail will be used for inexpensive items, and up to the maximum weight of 500grams. Moroptic Golf takes no responsibility for the loss of items by Australia Post. We strongly recommend Registered Mail.

Registered Mail:

All orders will be shipped registered mail and insured for the full purchase price, this will guarantee safe delivery of your order. The only exception to this is for purchases of inexpensive items i.e. tees, gloves etc. Which can be shipped regular mail at the buyers risk. Moroptic Golf takes no responsibility for the loss of items by Australia Post.

International Shipping:

All international orders will be shipped via Australia Post Express Courier International Service or Air Mail.

All prices shown on this web site include the Australian 10% GST (Goods & Service Tax). Orders to international destinations will automatically receive a credit for GST, in other words prices will be 10% less than the indicated store price.

Returned Goods

All goods returned for any reason other than faults must be in as-new-condition. An exchange/credit for the full amount of the goods will be issued. All freight charges incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser. Notification of the need to return goods must be supplied to Moroptic Golf by email before returning goods.

Damaged Goods

Goods damaged in transport must be returned to Moroptic Golf for inspection and will be replaced or an exchange/credit will be issued. Freight charges are then the responsibility of Moroptic Golf. Notification of the need to return goods must be supplied to Moroptic Golf by email before returning goods so that our choice of freight can be made.

Faulty Goods

Goods found to be faulty must be returned to Moroptic Golf for an exchange/credit for the full amount of the goods will be issued. An Australian distributor is not responsible for any warranty claims on our products, see warranty. Freight charges are then the responsibility of Moroptic Golf. Notification of the need to return goods must be supplied to Moroptic Golf by email before returning goods so that our choice of freight can be made.

Warranty

To bring you quality golf equipment at affordable prices Moroptic Golf imports most of its golf equipment directly from overseas therefore an Australian distributor is not responsible for any warranty claims on our products. However Moroptic Golf offers a 90 day ( 3 month)  warranty on all of our products that we sell, therefore faulty goods may be returned for a full refund or exchange/credit. Moroptic Golf is a Australian Authorized Zucci Golf, Golf Pride, Golf Buddy, Zero Friction Tee Dealer, full Australian manufactures warranty applies to these  products.
